Cooper Civil and Crushing is currently seeking a suitably qualified and experienced Mobile Crusher Operator for an exciting contract opportunity based at the Snowy Hydro project site.

This contract will be initially 6 months with the potential for this project to extend out further 12 month -4 years

We seek a crusher operator that has 2 years at the minimum. - DO NOT APPLY UNLESS YOU HAVE THIS EXPERIANCE

The applicant must be a self-starter and understands KPI's

Applicant must be available to stay and work away from home

Must have a can-do attitude and be able to cope with the challenges that come with crushing.

Must be a problem solver with a solutions-based attitude.

Must know how to work a smart phone and computer - as timesheets, prestart and inductions are online.

Must be able to communicate clearly and respectfully with all team members and various contractors. Must be able to clearly communicate with head office.

Must know how to get along with a variety of people and happy to learn from others.

Seeking someone who can be shown the job and be left to get it done with little or no assistance from senior team members.

Must be safety focused.

Must have RII accreditations for Loader and Excavator
