Due to continued growth, Northwest Mining Company (NWM) is on the hunt for Multi-Skilled Operators to join our team.

You’ll operate a range of equipment, including:

Excavators (5t - 30t)

Moxy Dump Trucks (Volvo A40G & A30G)

Graders (Cat 14M - 16M)

Tipper Trucks (8t - 12t)

Water Carts & Posi Track Bobcats

Your daily work will include:

Dam desilting & under-belt cleaning

Road maintenance & washery clean-up

General labouring & site support

Road and carpark maintenance

Sump and drain clean

What We’re Looking For:

Experience operating Excavators, Moxys, Graders & more

Relevant Mine or Civil Site RPLs for the equipment you operate

A current unrestricted HR Licence is highly desirable

Ability to pass an Order 43 Medical

A strong work ethic & a commitment to equipment care

Live within 100km radius of Muswellbrook (this is not a FIFO opportunity)
