Early start (6:00am or 6:30am) 38-hour week + paid overtime as required

With over 20 years of experience, you will be part of a company that operates with state-of-the-art equipment & high-end materials enabling them to go above & beyond the standard solutions for their customers by also offering tailor-made | bespoke products.
Your Role:
You will join an enthusiastic, dedicated team and enjoy a varied, busy role assisting customers with their inquiries and orders (via phone, email, front counter).
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Responding to customer inquiries
Processing of customer orders (SAP)
Preparing quotations
Liaising with warehouse staff regarding deliveries
Resolving customer issues
Required Skills & Experience:
Knowledge of roofing products (such as working as a roofer or a recognised supplier or retailer of roofing products) or transferable experience within the construction industry or similar
Enthusiasm to learn
Strong customer service focus
Ability to undertake relevant admin functions
Eye for detail
General computer literacy including working knowledge of MS Word
