We are currently seeking experienced male support workers aged 30–50 to support a male client in Coffs Harbour living with a mental health disability. This role does not involve personal care and focuses on fostering independence and quality of life through community access and domestic support.
About the Role:
Support a male client who is largely independent
Assist with community access (daily activities, appointments, social outings, errands)
Provide in-home support with domestic tasks (cleaning, meal prep, etc.)
Promote engagement, confidence, and routine
About You:
Male aged 30–50, with a mature and pro active approach
Experience in mental health or disability support required
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Current Driver’s Licence and reliable vehicle
Relevant certifications (e.g. First Aid, CPR, NDIS Worker Screening Check, Working with Children Check, Police Check)
