Due to continued high building demand we are looking for an experienced Formwork Leading Hand to join our team at TGA Construction.

REQUIREMENTS

• NSW White Card.

• Understanding of all aspects of formwork.

• Excellent organisation skills.

• Ability to communicate and report effectively.

• Problem solving abilities & can-do attitude.

• Ability to read drawing, plans and specifications.

• Proven experience as a formwork leading hand.

• In depth knowledge of construction procedures and equipment.

• Understanding of work health and safety procedures

• Able to lead 6 - 12 man on site.
