The Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Library Supervisor to join our Library Team on a Full-Time basis starting in Term 3!

With a 14th July, 2025 start date, the role of Library Supervisor is to effectively manage the organisation and operation of the College Library to provide an excellent quality service to the College community. Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated library, administration or customer service experience with an ongoing commitment to professional development.

Remuneration and Benefits

As our Library Supervisor, you will receive an hourly rate of $35.79/hour ($70,715.73/pa), and a range of great benefits.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a current positive Working with Children Check (Blue Card) and a working knowledge of the Dewey Decimal System.

As a Library Supervisor, you will also have;

• A demonstrated ability to lead the planning, development, implementation and review of Library programs and services in conjunction with the Library team, to deliver a professional integrated service that meets the requirements of the College.
• The ability to manage the day-to-day duties of the Library team to ensure high quality services are delivered to the wider College community in accordance with the College’s value of excellence.
• The ability to fulfil an active role in the Library team, assisting students, parents, and College team with selecting, borrowing, and returning library resources, including teacher resources, and with general queries.
• Preferred experience with Oliver library software is desirable
