Permanent positions are available on a 14:7 roster (2 weeks living and working onsite, one week off), working 9-hour days. We offer FIFO from Brisbane, OR a free bus service to and from Mackay, OR you can drive yourself to your Village location if you prefer. Our Villages are located in Moranbah, Dysart, and Blackwater!

Ideal Candidate

• Experience in high-volume, fast-paced hospitality environments
• DIDO/FIFO/remote work experience (highly regarded)
• Exceptional communication and time management
• Great team leader with the ability to adapt and work well under pressure
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, including alcohol and drug screening
• Valid working rights in Australia for the next 12 months (sponsorship NOT available)
• National Police Clearance (within last 6 months)
• Current Driver’s Licence
