The Role
You are an enthusiastic and capable hospitality professional ready to take the next step in your career by supporting our Bistro Manager in delivering an exceptional guest experience. At Winnifred’s on Arthur, you will help lead daily operations in a venue devoted to celebrating grower Champagne and French-inspired cuisine.
As the Bistro Supervisor, you will support the Bistro Manager in overseeing the front-of-house team, maintaining high service standards, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the bistro. Your collaborative mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills will be essential in creating a warm and welcoming environment for both our guests and our team.
About You
To succeed in this role, you should be a dynamic and experienced front-of-house professional with the following qualifications and skills:
Previous experience in customer-facing retail or hospitality, ideally in a wine-focused environment.
A strong interest in champagne, wine and premium food & beverage experiences.
Deliver warm, attentive service that embodies Winnifred’s values.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
Warm, professional communication skills—both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, guest-facing environment.
Collaborative spirit and team-first mindset.
Available to work evenings and weekends as required by the schedule.
Certifications: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA), Food Safety Card, and First Aid Certification (desirable)
