Main Duties:

• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports (reports, budgets, and tax returns)
• Assist in budget preparation, performance review, financial reports and analysis
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
• Maintenance of Fixed Asset Register
• Assist and provide critical support during audits
• Assist with adhoc administrative tasks when needed
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders

The Ideal Candidate:

• Bachelor Degree in relevant studies - accounting, finance
• CPA/CA qualifications or currently studying towards it (highly regarded)
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel - Pivot Table, Vlook Up, if functions (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in financial record-keeping and analysis
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• Problem solving skills
