About the Role
We’re seeking a reliable, hands-on team member to join our factory in Caloundra. Your main responsibility will be to fabricate high-quality sliding wardrobe doors, assist with workshop operations, and contribute to a clean, safe, and productive work environment.

This is a full-time position, perfect for someone who enjoys working with their hands, takes pride in their work, and values job security.

Key Responsibilities

Fabrication of sliding wardrobe doors

Glass handling and cutting (experience preferred)

Assisting with workshop duties and material preparation

Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Following safety procedures at all times

What We're Looking For

Strong work ethic – you show up on time, every time

High level of attention to detail and pride in workmanship

Physically fit and capable of handling large/heavy products

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Glass cutting and/or cabinet making experience (preferred)

Manual driver’s licence (required)

Forklift licence (desirable)

What’s on Offer

Full-time role with immediate start

Monday to Thursday: 6:30am – 3:00pm, Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm
