About the role
We're currently seeking talented and experienced individuals with experience in the Road Maintenance, Asphalt Industry, Civil Construction to being part of our team for upcoming projects in June/July 2025.
Positions will be based in Cairns and surrounding areas.

We are particularly interested in filling the following positions

• Plant Operators
• Asphalt Workers
• Roller Operators
• Trade Assistants

All applicants must be wiling to work night shifts and remotely if required.

Skills & Attributes
• Current at least MR driving licence
• Relevant Machinery Tickets
• Industry White Card
• Sound oral, written communication and interpersonal skills
• Effective time and workload management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
• Confidence to work unsupervised or in a team environment
• Full Australian working rights

Key Duties
• Machine Operations
• Working around bulk earthworks and services
• Working on Civil Construction projects
• Assist on the ground with site labourers where required
• Capacity to undertake multiple driving tasks involved in road construction
• Daily pre-start checks and regular vehicle maintenance
