Mars Campers is a proudly Australian-owned manufacturer and distributor of high-quality hybrid campers and caravans. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and customer-focused Salesperson / Handover Assistant to join our dynamic team and help us deliver an exceptional customer experience from the first hello to the final handover.

About the Role:

This is a hybrid role that blends sales expertise with hands-on customer support. You will play a critical part in both generating new sales and ensuring our customers drive away with confidence and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Engage with walk-in clients, online leads, and phone enquiries to close camper and caravan sales

Deliver detailed and friendly handovers to new owners, showcasing key features and usage

Maintain a thorough understanding of our product range and latest specifications

Coordinate with internal departments (production, admin, service) to ensure smooth customer delivery

Assist in preparing display models for trade shows, showroom display, and customer demonstrations

Build strong rapport with customers and follow up post-sale to ensure satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

About You:

Previous experience in automotive, caravan, RV or camper sales is highly advantageous

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Confident presenting and demonstrating technical features to clients

Physically capable of assisting with handovers and setup of caravans

Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and commitment to customer service excellence

Competent using CRM systems (Zoho experience highly regarded)
