Role Overview:
This is an office-based role, perfect for a team player with a positive presence. You will handle incoming enquiries, upsell, generate referrals, and explore our extensive sales database for new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to incoming enquiries
- Upsell and generate referrals
- Hunt for new business opportunities within our existing sales database
- Maintain and update the sales database accurately
- Collaborate with outsourced lead generators

Key Skills & Attributes:
- Strong administrative and organisational skills
- Energetic and positive attitude
- Excellent phone communication skills
- Target-focused and methodical
- Quick learner with strong computer skills
- Ability to qualify and vet clients
- Proven ability to sell and close deals
