🩺 Enrolled Nurse (EN) – Clinical Support | 3 Days/Week | Gynaecology Endometriosis & Fertility Focus

Are you an Enrolled Nurse passionate about gynaecological health and fertility care? MIGYNAE, Melbourne’s leading minimally invasive gynaecology and endometriosis centre, is seeking a caring and proactive EN to join our close-knit team.

About the Role:
✅ Provide high-quality clinical care and support to all patients with gynaecological and fertility concerns.
✅ Work closely with our specialists to support patients pre- and post-operatively, offering practical care (e.g., wound checks, constipation advice) and psychological reassurance.
✅ Liaise with Genea Fertility IVF nurses and assist patients navigating IVF cycles and early pregnancy care.
✅ Help with infection control, sterilisation, and assist in the procedure room (IUDs, colposcopies, biopsies).
✅ Assist with surgical audits and track patient outcomes to improve care pathways.
✅ Play a vital role in ensuring a calm, supportive environment for patients with endometriosis and pelvic pain.

What We’re Looking For:

Current AHPRA registration as an Enrolled Nurse.

Passion for gynaecological health, fertility, and patient-centred care.

Infection control knowledge and a proactive attitude to quality care.

Friendly, calm, and flexible – able to work independently and within a team.
