✅ What You’ll Get:

– $45/hr starting rate (higher for experienced techs)
– Apprentices paid above award, with clear pathways to a dual trade electrical apprenticeship
– Residential work only – no commercial chaos or FIFO headaches

🔧 What You’ll Be Doing:

– Service, install, and repair split system air-conditioners
– Diagnose refrigerant issues and faults in residential properties
– Install multi-head split systems and full-home solutions
– Support the team – whether mentoring or learning, depending on your level
– Grow into a dual trade (if that’s your goal – we’ll help make it happen)

👀 We’re Looking For:

– A Qualified Refrigeration Mechanic OR Third Year Apprentice
– Refrigerant Handling Licence
– Experience in HVAC, service, maintenance, and installs (residential focus)
– A clean, professional approach with a strong customer service ethic
– Independent, motivated, and reliable
Bonus: Refrigerant Trading Authorisation highly regarded
Bonus: Electrical licence or desire to complete your apprenticeship with us
