About The Role:
This is your chance to move beyond listings and cold prospecting. As a Buyers Agent, you’ll work consultatively with warm leads, guiding clients through every stage of their investment journey—from strategy to securing the right property, making data driven decisions that deliver long term results.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 2+ years’ experience in real estate sales or Buyers Agen
• A genuine passion for real estate and helping clients succeed financially
• High energy, client first approach with a hunger to success
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• VIC Real Estate Licence and reliable vehicle
