Key Responsibilities:

Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychological assessment and intervention for a diverse client base, with a focus on neuroaffirming and trauma-informed approaches.

Manage a varied caseload of clients, providing both individual and potentially group therapy.

Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments (e.g., ADHD, Autism), including report writing and feedback sessions.

Maintain accurate and timely client records in line with ethical and professional standards.

Actively participate in clinical supervision, team meetings, and professional development activities.

Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative practice models, including blended care, VR, and digital tools.

Competitive Salaried Remuneration:

Provisional Psychologists: Enjoy a competitive salary package, typically ranging from $80,000 - $110,000 AUD + Super (pro-rata for part-time), recognising your invaluable contribution as you progress towards registration.

Psychologists: Benefit from a strong salary package, generally ranging from $100,000 - $120,000 AUD + Super (pro-rata for part-time), commensurate with your experience and expertise.

Seamless Operations: Our dedicated team of 3 part-time administrative staff ensures your focus remains on clinical work. We leverage Zanda (formerly Powerdiary) for practice management, Google Workspace, and Guru Knowledgebase, providing efficient, modern systems.

About You:

AHPRA Registration: Current Provisional or General Psychologist registration with AHPRA.

Clinical Acumen: Demonstrated experience and passion for providing neuroaffirming and trauma-informed psychological interventions.
