Psychologist - Redland Bay, Queensland

Contractor - Earn up to $148,000 per annum (+ Super) Pro Rata

Actuate Health are seeking a psychologist to join our small, private practice team in Redland Bay.

About Us:

Actuate Health are a boutique Allied Health practice with a focus on supporting the health and wellbeing goals of our clients and local community. We have been operating in Redland Bay for over 5 years and have built a strong referral base including local GPs, NDIS coordination services, community services organisations, and other health professionals. Our current services include Child, Adolescent and Adult Psychology Services.

We offer a friendly, relaxed work environment with flexibility and support to help you grow your practice in line with your professional interests and goals.

About the Role:

The role is for a Registered Psychologist treating with adults under our core referral streams: Self-referral, GP referral / Mental Healthcare Plans, and NDIS. Referrals typically cover a broad range of presentations which affords variation in a caseload, while also allowing individuals to foster interests in specific areas of practice. For the current role, experience or interest in working with older clients would be beneficial.

Other key role attributes include:

Minimum 2- 3 days per week (5 clients per day)

Ability to work afternoons and/or Saturday mornings, preferred

Administrative support for managing referrals and scheduling appointments

Ability to build client base around specific areas of experience, interest, and training

Use of Zanda (formerly Power Diary) for file management and scheduling

Laptop provided

CPD allowance and internal peer consultation provided
