We’re on the lookout for a new Salesperson to join the crew at Plumbed – a proudly family-owned business that's been helping tradies and renovators make bathroom magic for over 20 years.

We’re not your average bathroom supply store. No classical music. No awkward showrooms. No name tags suggesting you're a “Bathroom Expert.” (we all use them everyday...) Just real products and real advice from real people.

Having transitioned to a new generation of family ownership, we’ve made some exciting changes — from re-branding and refreshing our in-store experience to shaking up how we do business. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you’ll play a big part in that journey.

What’s the gig?

You’ll be:

Helping tradies, DIYers, and everyday renovators find the right products

Owning the showroom experience — quoting, guiding, and making the process easy

Keeping displays sharp, stock in check, and customers feeling looked after

Being that friendly face people come back for (and recommend to their mates)

What you’ll bring:

3+ years experience in retail (bonus points if it’s in bathrooms, hardware, or homewares)

Confidence dealing with a mix of customers — tradies, renovators, and first-timers

A helpful, down-to-earth vibe — someone who genuinely enjoys helping people

Problem-solving skills — from navigating a tricky product request to just being a good listener when a customer needs to talk through a reno hiccup

📍 Casual Carrum Downs VIC
📅 Most Saturdays (approx 10am-3pm) and between 1-3 weekday shift (approx 9:30am-2:30pm)
💸 Hourly Rate based on experience, connected to Retail Award ( +performance bonus available over time)
