Rugs N Rats Carpet Care & Pest Control is a family-operated business on the Sunshine Coast, established nearly 30 years ago.

With a team of 3 vehicles (soon to be 4), we're looking for a passionate carpet cleaning & pest control professional to join our expanding team.

This position includes full-pay training and you will have the opportunity to obtain the General Pest Control Certificate III qualification.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you should be physically fit, have strong attention to detail, and a high level of enthusiasm for delivering exceptional customer service. This is a hands-on role that involves lifting equipment and carrying hoses, so a good level of fitness is required.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Valid manual driver’s license.
• Clean police check.
• Physically fit and able to handle equipment.
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Skills and Experience:

• Willingness to learn and positively recommend additional products and services to customers.
• Ability to perform carpet and upholstery cleaning, tile and grout cleaning, and other services.
• Basic maintenance of machinery and daily paperwork handling.
• Good time management and the ability to work efficiently.
