Customer Service - Customer Facing (Call Centre & Customer Service)

$65,000 – $75,000 per year

This position would suit someone who has worked as a medical rep and no longer wants to travel; a nurse who wants a change of direction and has experience or knowledge in bariatric surgery or perhaps someone who may have experienced surgery themselves and has a strong understanding and empathy regarding bariatric patients.

Key Responsibilities of the role:

Respond to all incoming inquiries, via phone, CRM system, Facebook, Zendesk and email in a prompt manner

As the first point of contact you will be client focused, providing personalised expertise and pro-actively supporting desired outcomes for our prospective patients and the business

Meet and exceed KPIs and sales targets

Be a brand ambassador and reflect our company values at all times

Maintain sound knowledge of our business product offering, e.g procedures and patient programmes

Essential skills required:

Excellent communication and the ability to converse with a diverse range of people;

English language and the ability to write at a high standard is essential;

Ability to work autonomously;

High attention to detail

Possess advanced negotiation and interpersonal skills

Highly organised, adaptable and flexible

Medical administration skills are an advantage;

Ideally sales experience as well as experience using a CRM such as Infusionsoft/Keap.
