About the Role
We're seeking a dynamic and commercially focused Regional Manager to take charge of 20+ stores across South Australia. Reporting to senior leadership, you'll lead through influence, drive accountability, and ensure excellence in performance, people, and profit.

What you will do

Lead and inspire Store Managers across a 20+ store portfolio

Own full P&L accountability, driving top-line growth and cost control

Coach leaders to exceed sales, service, and operational targets

Conduct regular store visits and deliver clear, consistent communication

Champion company initiatives and ensure brand standards are upheld

What you will bring

Extensive multi-site retail leadership experience in a high-volume environment is ideal

A track record of managing large P&Ls with strong commercial outcomes

Passion for people development and driving results through your team

Strategic thinking with hands-on, adaptable leadership

Resilience and agility to manage regional travel and shifting priorities
