Project: $150M+ Hotel Project – 2 buildings, 10+ storeys, basement levels, carpark, and premium finishes

Location: Just outside Sydney CBD

What You’ll Bring:

• Minimum 8–10 years in Design Management across complex commercial, residential or tier 2 level projects.
• Ability to drive design excellence while balancing compliance, constructability, and program

• Tertiary qualifications in Architecture, Engineering, or related field
