The opportunity
IFYS has an exciting opportunity for a Sanctuary Administrator to join the Learning and Development team.
As the Sanctuary Administrator, you are responsible for scheduling and booking organisational training requirements and assisting with project management activities for the Sanctuary Model implementation.

Key responsibilities the role:
- Provide timely and accurate completion of administrative duties to support the Sanctuary Core Team
- Co-manage the L&D Help Desk with all online queries
- Schedule Organisational Mandatory face to face training with key stakeholders and vendors
- Maintain up-to-date information and knowledge of Sanctuary training requirements and ensure the training calendar is maintained
- Provide monthly reports to line managers of employee compliance and where required provide ad hoc reports to internal stakeholders
- Prepare, proof-read and format documents for review by the Quality and Compliance team
Skills and requirements for the role include:
- Experience in a similar Administrative role required
- Strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
- Knowledge of the Sanctuary Model is highly regarded
Must hold or be willing to obtain if successful:
- Valid Queensland driver's license with no restrictions, and own reliable transport
- QLD Working with Children Check (Paid Blue Card)
- QLD Yellow Card or NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Licensed Care Service Suitability Check (LCS2)
- National Criminal History Check (a new check will be conducted through IFYS systems)
Other requirements:
Shortlisted candidates will be asked to participate in Psychometric and Cognitive assessments.
If progressed after interview stage, you will be requested to provide the details of your two most recent and relevant line managers to provide reference checks (this must include your current employer).
