Are you passionate about supporting children's learning through play and building meaningful relationships, all while working within a flexible schedule? We are on the lookout for enthusiastic casual educators who are ready to jump in and support our Coonan's Hill team across all age groups. Will you be outside eating pretend 'mud pies' with our toddler children? Will you be learning about the solar system with our kindergarteners? Will you be witnessing babies reach key milestones for the first time? No two days are ever the same in casual work - if you thrive on variety, spontaneity, and purpose, this role is for you.

Your Role as a Casual Educator

As a valued team member, you'll step in to support our centre's daily rhythm, ensuring routines flow smoothly and children are surrounded by nurturing, responsive educators. You will:

• Assist with routines, transitions, and engaging play-based activities
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Create fun and safe learning experiences
• Be the friendly, familiar face when regular team members are away

Are You Excited to Make a Difference?

You'll be a great fit for this opportunity if you have:

• A Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education & Care
• 6-12 months of experience in the Early Childhood sector
• Availability for a minimim of 3 days per week
• Flexibility to work both pre-booked and on-call
• Ready to jump in and help where needed!
