Customer Advisor
- Located in our branch in Glen Innes, NSW
- Part-time, 12-month contract
- $29.5 per hour + superannuation + Leave Loading
- Applicants must currently hold permanent work rights for Australia
Regional Australia Bank (RAB) are seeking a motivated and friendly Customer Advisor to join our Glen Innes branch 2 days/week on Wednesdays 9.45-3.15 and Fridays 8.45-5.15 (1 hr lunch break).
What will your day look like?
- You will help our customers find most suitable products and services that meet their banking needs and ensure they receive a seamless, consistent, and professional customer service experience every step of the way.
- You will assist our customers with account opening, and various banking transactions while ensuring their details are accurate and up to date.
- You will provide options for our customers through education and demonstration of our digital banking options to help make their banking simple, easy and secure.
- You will undertake any required training and development to enhance your career development.
About You
The role of Customer Advisor is well suited to those who thrive on providing an exceptional customer experience and who want to connect and add value in the local community.
You do not need to have previous experience in banking to be successful in this role, but you are willing to ensure the provision of excellent service with a genuine desire to understand and support customers with their financial needs.
You will also have great attention to detail, ability to interact and communicate effectively, sound numeracy and literacy skills and enjoy working well within a team environment.
