About Us

We are a small gardening business that has now been established for over 4yrs and we are looking to expand with some new team members. We pride ourselves on our high quality of service and excellent attention to detail on every job. We are looking for Gardeners who do all facets of the job, including lawn maintenance. Depending on who we employee into our team, we may need up to 2 new team members. We work in most Bayside suburbs in Melbourne, currently from Elsternwick to Bonbeach. We are a small friendly team and will be flexible for the right candidates. We just require you to have a keen interest in gardening and or lawn maintenance, a friendly manner (especially with clients) and honesty and reliability is integral.

Qualifications & Experience

We don't require any qualifications or experience in gardening or lawn maintenance. We are very happy to train our employee's on site to build up their skill set.

That said, candidates with gardening and or mowing experience, are definitely encouraged to apply. Its more about the correct personality match in our team, than your existing skill set. The pay rate offered will reflect your qualifications and experience.

Your own transport isn't required for the position. But a car and current driving licence is preferable.

Successful applicants will need to supply a current police check.

Our employees must also be fully vaccinated. One of our team members is immune compromised, and we also only wish to invite vaccinated staff onto our clients properties.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Weeding, Pruning, Hedging, Mulching, Mowing, Whipper Snipping, Planting, Digging, Fertilising, Small Tree Removal, Irrigation installations & other ad hoc gardening requirements.

Benefits

Initially we are looking to employ casual employee's with the intention to make the right candidate permanent part time. It will initially be one to three days a week, with the look to increasing hours as our business continues to expand. My current team member's work from 2 to 5 days per week, depending on their availability and our current work load.
