Mandatory Requirements:

Gardening experience

Highly motivated

Can work independently

Promote safety by following organizational work health and safety requirements and guidelines.

Contribute to continuous improvement by involvement in staff meetings, planning days, and feedback mechanisms;

Actively participate in education and training requirements

Other duties as requested by the Service Manager or Team Leader

Maintenance experience would be advantageous

A current driver's license and a car are required.

As a Gardener, you will be required to:

General garden maintenance - hedging, pruning of trees and shrubs, lawn mowing, and edging

Weed control

Fertilising and mulching

Planting and laying turf.

We are available to travel to Mordialloc, Pakenham, Keysborough, Cranbourne, Croydon, Chadstone, Doncaster, Dandenong, Boronia, and Bayswater, and we pay for the KMs traveled between clients.
