We are no ordinary Early Learning Centre, with Forest School and Educating with Nature our priority. We absolutely beleive in Risky Play, Loose Parts and specialsied training in Forest School can be provided. Our children learn to contribute to their Community and become Citizens of their emerging world. We are looking for a Wild Spirit with a passionate love of Children and can All Children as Capable and Competent Learners in All age groups. we would be prepared to visa sponsor, following a qualifiying period. We are a service that is underpinned with our own Team Treaty that brings honour to our Profession. We are Action Researchers, and we teach Children the emotional intelligences of Kindness, Gratitude and Empathy.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities and programs for young children

Create a safe and welcoming environment that promotes learning and exploration

Observe and assess children's development and progress, and communicate with parents and caregivers

Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists and occupational therapists, to support children's individual needs

Maintain accurate records and documentation of children's progress and development

Attend staff meetings and professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education

A responsibility to have fun and bring joy

Qualifications:

State certification or licensure as an Early Childhood Educator- Diploma

Experience working with young children in a classroom or childcare setting

Knowledge of child development and best practices in early childhood education

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work collaboratively with parents, caregivers, and other professionals

Know how to have fun and bring joy every day
