About the role

Join the dedicated team at The Nest Early Education Centre of Excellence as a Full-time Early Childhood Educator - INFANT SPECIALIST in Southport, QLD.

In this role, you will play a vital part in nurturing and guiding the development of our youngest children in a supportive and enriching environment. We are seeking individuals who have a passion for infant and toddler education and who have had many years experience in this age group.

What you'll be doing

Planning and implementing engaging educational programs that cater to the individual needs and interests of children.

Providing a safe, caring, and inclusive learning environment that promotes the social, emotional, and cognitive growth of children.

Observing and documenting children's progress, while you collaborate with families to support their child's development and wellbeing.

Supporting and maintaining high standards of child safety and wellbeing.

Foster positive relationships with children, families, and the broader community.

What we're looking for

A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education - minimum DIPLOMA qualified with EXPERIENCE will only be accepted.

Experience working with children in an early childhood setting - we are seeking individuals who have led a studio/classroom in the infant age group and can manage their in-room team.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with children and families - communication and building relationships is important to us.

A genuine passion for early childhood education and a commitment to giving the very best of yourself every day.

Enthusiasm for continuous learning and professional development.

A current Working with Children Check.
