Key Responsibilities

As our Studio Manager, you'll be responsible for:

Leading and Developing the Team:

Guiding and inspiring our diverse team of tattoo artists and support staff.

Cultivating a positive, inclusive, and professional studio culture.

Driving continuous improvement through regular communication and collaborative goal-setting.

Overseeing Daily Operations:

Upholding rigorous standards for studio cleanliness, safety, and comfort.

Proactively managing inventory to ensure essential supplies are always on hand.

Efficiently coordinating appointments for maximum productivity and client satisfaction.

Elevating Client Experience & Driving Growth:

Delivering exceptional service from the initial welcome through post-appointment care.

Building lasting client relationships that foster loyalty, repeat business, and referrals.

Achieving sales targets by expertly upselling and cross-selling services and products.

Strategically meeting and exceeding Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including revenue, retention, and bookings.
