Seeking Management couple

As park Managers, you will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the property, guest services, housekeeping, and maintenance.

Typically, one of you will lead in Office & Housekeeping, while the other focuses on Maintenance & Grounds, but both must be comfortable assisting across all areas.

Key responsibilities include:

Overseeing smooth daily operations and proactively resolving any issues

Managing guest check-ins and check-outs with professionalism and care

Leading the reception and reservations functions using RMS (training provided if required)

Cleaning cabins, maintaining gardens, lawns, and pool (if applicable)

Carrying out maintenance and coordinating trades as needed

Night duty and on-call responsibilities

General administrative, financial, and HR responsibilities as needed

🧰 About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

Previous motel, hotel, or park management experience (not essential, but willing to learn)

Excellent communication and customer service skills

A proactive, solution-focused mindset

Strong multi-tasking abilities in a dynamic service environment

Comfort with hands-on duties – from housekeeping to maintenance

Experience with RMS or similar reservation systems (preferred, but not essential)
