We are currently seeking an experienced estimator to join our vibrant and young construction company currently going through a growth period.

The core competency is Remedial Work.

You will be responsible for:

Preparing and pricing tenders on projects.

Manage timing and resources to ensure timely completion.

Preparing EOIs for new projects.

Provide accurate and concise cost estimates in line with customers' requirements.

Be able to calculate and manage costs of materials and works.

Site Inspections

Site Diagnosis

Tender Meetings

Must Have:

Experience in remedial projects up to $15m

Previous estimating experience and technical knowledge of the building process.

Proven experience in meeting delivery targets within required time frames.

Pricing, Rates, and Product Knowledge within remedial.

Remedial Construction sequence of works.

Ability to work autonomously and well under pressure.

The successful candidate will ideally also come from a Construction Management Tertiary Qualification or Trade Qualified with at least 3 years of experience .
