Due to a steady pipeline of high-profile projects, they are now seeking an experienced SeniorSite Supervisor to lead teams on key drainage, earthworks, and road construction packages.
You'll be responsible for day-to-day planning, coordination, and on-site supervision, ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently, and to specification. Supported by an experienced Project Manager and Contract Administrator, you’ll be free to focus on delivering results in the field.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 5-year experience as a Site Supervisor on land development project with a particular interest in drainage, and roadwork
• Sound knowledge of subdivision processes including scheduling, planning, and execution
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Current manual driver’s licence
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment medical
