The primary purpose of this role is to undertake and lead business analysis to deliver Information Communications and Technology solutions for business problems in a dynamic, evolving environment. The objective is to ensure effective understanding, communication and translation of requirements between the business and ICT partners.

Required skills and experience

• Business Process Analysis: Skilled in analysing workflows and translating business needs into functional requirements.
• Stakeholder Management: Experienced in engaging stakeholders and bridging business-technical gaps through clear communication.
• Requirements Elicitation: Proficient in gathering and documenting functional/non-functional requirements via interviews, workshops, and surveys.
• Process Improvement: Identify and propose process optimisation and automation opportunities to enhance efficiency and user experience.
• Testing & Validation: Support UAT, write test cases, and validate solutions to meet business and quality standards.
• Change Management: Deliver end-user training, develop manuals, and support adoption through effective change facilitation.
• Project Support: Assist with planning, tracking, and reporting to ensure project timelines and deliverables are achieved.
• Communication: Strong written and verbal skills for clear documentation, reporting, and collaboration.
