JOB REQUIREMENTS:
Must-HavesNice-to-Haves3+ years in project / construction coordination (plumbing, roofing, HVAC, electrical, building, FM etc.)
(HIGHLY DESIRABLE) - Trade qualification in plumbing, roofing or similar
Proven ability to handle multiple jobs, tight deadlines and moving parts
WHS awareness or Site Supervisor experience
Confident with Microsoft Office & cloud job-management software (SimPRO, Fergus, ServiceM8, AroFlo, etc.)
Familiarity with strata or facilities-management environments
comfortable interpreting quotes & invoices (can be taught)
Excellent written & verbal communication
Meticulous attention to detail & proactive problem
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Coordinate daily projects alongside our Operations Manager and Scheduler
Order, track & expedite materials; negotiate pricing and lead times with suppliers
Maintain warehouse inventory; flag shortages before they impact jobs
Review supplier invoices & labour hours to protect margins
Generate and follow up quotes, variations and purchase orders
Keep clients updated on progress, delays and completion timelines
Provide real-time support to field plumbers and roofers
Attend site walks and client meetings to strengthen relationships
Identify efficiency gains in workflows, labour deployment and material usage
