About the role
As the Manager, Digital Analytics, you will define, establish, and maintain the digital analytics measurement strategy and governance process across the digital landscape. Utilising your strong analytical and technical skills you will own our suite of product analytics tools and process for managing the tracking and reporting of digital user journeys and interactions. This role will work across all digital platforms and touchpoints including marketing and social channels to measure the user experience.
You will:
- provide high-level support to the Director - Digital Channels and Strategy by managing, tracking and reporting on key trends and user journeys;
- educate and build stakeholder understanding and knowledge of digital analytics to build a data-driven culture;
- oversee the implementation of the measurement strategy and governance process; and
- work with vendors to develop tracking solutions and KPIs for implementation across both small and large initiatives.
About you
Reporting to the Director, Digital Channels and Strategy, you will have demonstrated extensive experience in leading analytics strategy and governance approaches across digital environments. You will possess experience in digital measurement, insight and reporting best practice with an understanding of machine learning and AI trends.
You will possess demonstrated:
- extensive experience across Google Analytics product suite
- experience in data storytelling using visualisation tools including PowerBI, Looker Studio or Tableau;
- proficiency in SQL, statistical analysis, data visualisation, and programming languages like Python or R, along with understanding of data management and machine learning;
- exemplary experience and confidence in undertaking all aspects of stakeholder engagement whilst working on multiple projects in parallel;
- strong communication and collaboration skills and experience in presenting and influencing to a range of audiences, senior management, and stakeholders; and
- experience in working in Agile environments.
