As a Carpenter/Leading Hand, you’ll play a key role in:

Ensuring adherence to safety standards.

Reading and interpreting plans with precision.

Maintaining a hands-on approach to ensure exceptional outcomes.

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience in residential carpentry.

Leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.

A strong eye for detail and pride in your craftsmanship.

Reliable, hardworking, and self-motivated.

Certificate III in Carpentry and a current driver’s license.
