At St Mary's We believe each child is unique and learns differently, so our educators spend time getting to know each child and their family so that we can create engaging learning experiences that capture their interest and help them build new skills.

We offer a flexible, child-initiated program with educators incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests when planning each day’s experiences.

The Opportunity
We are seeking to appoint casual Educators (Children's Services Employee's) to join the team at St Mary's OSHC based in Ipswich.

Hours: Casual, BSC and ASC, Monday to Thursday preferred.

Job Requirements

• Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
• Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
• A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
• Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
• Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
