St Ann's OSHC located in Redbank Plains, provides education and care for up to 104 children. At St Ann's We believe each child is unique and learns differently, so our educators spend time getting to know each child and their family so that we can create engaging learning experiences that capture their interest and help them build new skills.
We offer a flexible, child-initiated program with educators incorporating children’s ideas, cultures and interests when planning each day’s experiences. Our team will drop off and collect children from St Ann’s Primary School each day.

Job Requirements:
- Certificate III or Diploma in Children Services (or working towards) or equivalent as per ACECQA guidelines would be desirable but not essential
- Hold a current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- A passion for the education and care of school aged children in a play-based environment
- Knowledge and understanding of the National Quality Framework, My Time Our Place or Early Years Learning framework and National Law/Regulations or ability to acquire
- Effective oral and written communication within the workplace
