This role is with a highly ranked leader in the Energy product segment who manufacture their own OEM Air Con - split system and ducted at various capacities for HVAC, as well as a range of Heat Pumps for new electric technology moving away from gas.
This organisation reach their markets via direct to trades, construction, wholesale, accredited energy retailers & energy upgrade providers for domestic, commercial and industrial.

The position
This is a Sales role that is driving market share via the Wholesale of product to trades, construction and wholesalers for Air Conditioning, HVAC and Heat Pump products. Some key aspects;
- Develop new relationships with key customers such as;
- Trades, Plumbers, Electricians, Merchants, Wholesalers, Builders & Construction markets
- Win new sales of product to the target markets on a monthly basis
- Out reach calls and meetings with prospective customers daily
- Having support from senior sales and management to close deals
- Manage ongoing customer accounts who order product ongoing
- Promote the brand and the products to the wider market
- Nurture growth of your accounts and harness those partnerships
- Use market knowledge, insights and intel to capitalise on market share
- Autonomous working on the road, from office, from home

The experience necessary:
To be considered for this role we are looking for any related B2B sales experience where you have had to drive new customer acquisition and new customers via outreach and finding new customers.
The main requirements are:
- Experience from business to business sales
- Experience in finding new customers
- Experience in developing business from initial customer contact
- Strong phone and email skills for customer communication
- Experienced in managing key customer relationships
- Proven track record of increasing brand awareness and sales revenue
- Experienced in winning new clients and new sales
- Ability to build rapport with target markets of trades, wholesale etc.
- Possess clear drive and motivation for success in sales
