The Role:

As a Dual Site Concession Manager, you will be responsible for leading two Concession sites within the Perth CBD. With a strong focus on delivering an exceptional customer journey every day, you will be a KPI driven 'hands on' leader accountable for driving sales and store performance through the management, support and development of your teams whilst executing high standards across visual merchandising and stock flow management processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Promote a centre of excellence whilst building and developing a highly skilled and motivated team across 2 key locations.
* Increase store performance across multiple KPI's
* Inspire your people through on going coaching, feedback, development and support
* Maintain and deliver luxury standards in Visual Merchandising
* Partner with and build VIP clientele including celebrities, media and professional stylists
* Excellent time management and commercial acumen skills
* Deliver exceptional customer experiences in store at a high level including appointment scheduling and VIP events
