Service Leader | Intensive Family Support Service (IFSS)
Employment Term: Permanent full-time opportunity (76 hours per fortnight)
Location: Beenleigh
Remuneration: From $106k per annum + 11.5% super + NFP Salary Packaging (save tax and increase your take home pay)

Your part in our UnitingCare team
Duties of this role include:
Provide tailored support to families with children aged 18 and under living at home, as well as expectant parents
Supporting the oversight and management of day-to-day operations of the service and provides professional leadership to a team of Child and Family Practitioners, with emphasis on high quality, best practice service delivery
Provide support for diverse families with multiple and complex needs, through targeted interventions to build their skills and capacity to safely nurture and protect their children
This is an in-home support service through visiting families in their homes to develop goals to enable families to keep their children safe at home
What makes a difference for us?
Tertiary qualifications in Human Services or similar
Significant experience in managing a team
Previous work experience in providing services to children and families
Knowledge of relevant legislation, policy and licensing requirements associated with the service
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders
Current Drivers Licence
Working with Children Check (Blue Card)
