The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated Grain Handler to join our client's operations in Manildra, NSW. This role involves a variety of grain handling duties including machinery operation, unloading trucks, forming bunkers, and site maintenance. The successful candidate will also assist with sample testing, weighbridge operations, and monitoring of grain stacks to ensure efficient storage and handling.

What You'll Do:

As a Grain Handler, you will be required to carry out (but not limited to) the following:

• Operate machinery for unloading trucks and forming grain bunkers
• Monitor and manage grain stacks
• Carry out tarp work, sweeping, shovelling, and general site maintenance
• Conduct grain sampling and testing, with accurate data entry
• Operate the weighbridge and perform associated data entry tasks

Your Skills and Experience:

To be considered for the role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• Confined Space Competency certificate
• Experience working in the grain harvest
• Physically fit and reliable
• No asthma
• Comfortable working in a labour-intensive role over several months
• Experience working in a dusty environment
