The Role:

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced De Hulling Technician to join our client's production team in Narrabri, NSW. This is a hands-on role that requires working across multiple key operational areas on a rotating basis, including the Weighbridge, Dehulling Plant, Meats Loadout, and Hulls Loadout.

The successful candidate will be an all-rounder with strong experience in grain storage or warehouse environments, as well as forklift operations.

What You'll Do:

Operate across several departments including:

Weighbridge - ensuring accurate documentation and weighing of loads

Dehulling Plant - managing machinery and processes related to the removal of hulls

Meats Loadout & Hulls Loadout - loading and dispatching materials according to operational procedures

Operate a forklift to move and manage product and equipment as required

Ensure all tasks are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with site procedures

Maintain a clean and organised work environment

Work effectively as part of a small team to meet production targets

Your Skills and Experience:

• Valid forklift licence and practical forklift operating experience (essential)
• Previous experience working in a grain warehouse or grain storage facility (essential)
• Strong understanding of production or processing environments
• Physically fit, reliable, and safety-conscious
• Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a team
