What You'll Do:

This is a dynamic role that covers essential maintenance tasks. Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting Orchard Managers in planning and managing key maintenance deliverables
• Coordinating servicing and repairs of orchard machinery and equipment with farm staff and external providers
• Overseeing repair and maintenance (R&M) operations, including harvest field maintenance and in-field repair
• Fostering improvements in efficiency by planning, tracking, and managing costs and operations
• Assisting in quality assurance procedures and equipment repair records, as well as developing budgets and forward ordering of equipment
• Participating in team culture development and knowledge sharing within OLAM Almond Orchards

Your Skills & Experience:

To succeed in this role, you should bring:

• Experience in a mechanical or metal fabrication trade

• Experience with orchard and/or almond harvest equipment repair and maintenance
