About the role

At Aldinga Automotive, we are seeking an experienced Manager / Motor Mechanic to play a crucial role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our busy automotive repair and servicing workshop. This full-time position will be based in our Aldinga Beach, South Australia location.

What you'll be doing

Manage and oversee all workshop operations, including staff scheduling, job allocation, and quality control

Diagnose and repair a wide range of vehicle makes and models, utilising your exceptional technical expertise

Ensure all work is completed to the highest standard, adhering to industry regulations and best practices.

Provide exceptional customer service, communicating effectively with clients.

Maintain accurate records and documentation for all work completed.

What we're looking for

Qualified motor mechanic with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the automotive industry

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills to quickly identify and resolve vehicle issues

Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Experience in a leadership or supervisory role.

Comprehensive knowledge of automotive systems, tools, and repair techniques.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently and accurately
