Your Role & Responsibilities

As a High Reach Forklift Operator / Store Person, you will:

Safely operate high reach and counterbalance forklifts to unload, move, and stock heavy pallets and steel products

Efficiently receive, scan, inspect, and store goods, ensuring accuracy and damage-free delivery

Pick and pack orders accurately and prepare them for dispatch

Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment at all times

Coordinate logistics by arranging couriers and managing freight records

Support production schedules by delivering materials on time and minimizing waste

Enforce safety protocols rigorously and lead by example in all workplace practices

Conduct regular quality checks to uphold company standards

About You

Experienced & Licensed: You hold a current high reach forklift license and have proven experience in steel, manufacturing, or heavy industry

Safety First: You prioritize safety and compliance without compromise

Team Player: Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively with strong communication skills

Tech-Savvy: Proficient in Microsoft Office and stock management systems

Adaptable & Reliable: Able to multitask and perform well under pressure, with a results-driven mindset
