About the role

Gouge Linen and Garment Services is seeking an experienced storeperson to join our Depot in Mooroopna. This role requires a keen understanding of WMS, a valid forklift license and experience with high reach work. Our storeperson should be able to work autonomously and with clear directive.

You will be responsible for…

•Responsible for managing and maintaining inventory and stock over multiple stores areas for Logistics, New Linen and disbursement to Production departments, ensuring increased effectiveness by maintaining optimal stock levels of quality products at all times.
•To maintain and develop productive, professional working relationships between the customers, suppliers and Gouge whilst maintaining sufficient stock levels and quality of garments for both customers and staff.
•Establishing and nurturing relationships with external suppliers, vendors as well as internal stakeholders including the maintenance manager and shift production managers.
•Maintaining reports of purchases and pricing and overseeing inventory audits.
•Track all inventory

What we are looking for…

•Current Australian Drivers Licence
•Good computer skills including
•Forklift licence and high lift reaching forklift experience preferred
•MR licence preferred (not mandatory)
