The Position:

Due to continued growth, our client is seeking a Warehouse Storeperson to join their team in the northern Melbourne suburb of Campbellfield. This is a pivotal role, with the successful candidate being responsible for the day-to-day operation and organisation of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Loading and unloading trucks, including non-palletised or irregular freight

Picking and packaging a variety of components

Receiving and dispatching stock (ranging from small parts to heavy machinery)

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe work environment

Collaborating with technicians and other staff to ensure smooth operations

This is the primary warehouse position within the business - a hands-on, responsible role where your work will make a real impact.

Holds a valid forklift licence and driver's licence

Has strong forklift operating skills, including confidence handling unpalletised or awkward freight

Has experience working in a smaller warehouse or similar setting

Is highly reliable, shows initiative, and is looking to build a long-term career

Can work autonomously and take ownership of their role
